Greater Hattiesburg offers a variety of commercial real estate options.  On the industrial front, our market has numerous opportunities including public sector parks, private sector sites, and available buildings to meet a variety of needs.  Greater Hattiesburg is also home to a university owned technology park with a high-tech incubator that is very conducive for many tenants, especially those looking for university collaborations.  The ADP’s economic development team also tracks large office/back office opportunities including former retail space.  Our goal is to proactively market the region to site selection consultants and companies considering Greater Hattiesburg and certainly realize that an important component is available real estate.
