Project Management

The project management team at the ADP is a one stop shop for site selection services here in Greater Hattiesburg.  Our project managers provide confidential site selection assistance for consultants and companies around the globe.  We understand that companies need to move swiftly in analyzing markets and do so in a confidential fashion.  The project managers coordinate closely with the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA), local government officials, and utility allies in a team approach to meeting a company’s business needs.  Our service territory encompasses the entire Hattiesburg MSA including Forrest, Lamar, and Perry counties. 

The economic development team is well versed with the site selection factors that are crucial in helping companies make sound business decisions.  From demographics, education, employment base, labor force, workforce training programs, permitting, tax structure and incentives to available real estate alternatives throughout the region and quality of life factors, we’ve got you covered.  Our job is to understand a company’s needs, respond promptly and accurately, and coordinate the necessary entities and resources to positively impact the bottom line.  Job retention and creation are our top priorities.
