Hattiesburg Zoo LogoThe Area Development Partnership's 28th annual HUBFEST is a celebration of all things art, music, food and fun here in Greater Hattiesburg.  Co-Presented by the Hattiesburg Zoo and the Area Development Partnership, HUBFEST 2012 will take place Saturday, March 31st in Downtown Hattiesburg.  HUBFEST was developed by the Hattiesburg Area Chamber of Commerce in October of 1985 to provide a community event for families. The festival started with 100 booths and attracted 5,000 people.  In 2011, HUBFEST had over 250 booths and attracted thousands of people to the area. Although the event is held in downtown Hattiesburg, many vendors and visitors from neighboring cities and states come to support HUBFEST. In 2011, HUBFEST featured vendors from seven different states including Missouri, Texas and Tennessee.  View photos from HUBFEST 2011!

Art

HUBFEST ArtHUBFEST offers a variety of art for consumers of all tastes.  At the heart of the festival is the Juried Arts section, featuring only fine-art items from paintings to pottery.  Vendors in this area must submit photos of their work to be approved by a selection committee.  If fine arts aren't what you're seeking at HUBFEST, there are hundreds of crafts, businesses and services spread throughout the rest of Downtown Hattiesburg.

Music

HUBFEST Music

HUBFEST features four stages of entertainment, with something for everyone to enjoy.  Be entertained by headlining acts making regional or national headlines, or check out some of the great local talent featured here in Greater Hattiesburg.  Entertainment is booked in January.  If you are interested in submitting your musical act for consideration, return the entertainment application to Catherine Lott at c.lott@theADP.com.

Food

Every festival is measured by the delicious food it brings.  HUBFEST does not disappoint.  With two food courts, HUBFEST offers everything from local fare to traditional festival treats.

Fun!

This one-day event is sure to put a smile on your (and the whole family's) face!  With a conglomeration of art, music and food, there's without-a-doubt something for everyone.  If one of those three don't fit your fancy, visit the Children's Village for games to entertain children of all ages, or visit the Children's Art Show featuring artwork from area schools.  Guests can also enjoy a variety of sanctioned events, which are events hosted by other organizations to help celebrate in the fun, going on the week before and during HUBFEST.
