Event Committees

Event committees meet the months leading up to the annual event.  Some are more involved than others but all committee requirements include attending committee meetings, assisting with recruiting  participants and sponsors, assisting with event logistics as well as volunteering at the event.

Great Pine Belt Exposition

This committee meets approximately six times leading up to the Expo held during the summer months.  Committee members meet with Catherine Lott to discuss new opportunities, how to build the event and how to increase awareness.  Committee members are asked to recruit participants and help spread the word about the event.

HUBFEST Entertainment

The HUBFEST Entertainment Committee meets approximately three times to discuss potential entertainment groups for each annual festival.  Committee Members must volunteer the day of the event, serving as a stage manager or helping meet the various needs of the entertainment groups.

ADP Corporate Golf Challenge

The Corporage Golf Challenge committee is very involved in the annual event, seeking sponsors, recruiting players, gathering items for hospitality packages, thinking of new ways to enhance the event and volunteer on the course the day of the tournament.
