Healthy Cells Magazine of the Pine Belt is a niche health publication focusing on physical, emotional, and nutritional health. Contributors are able to position themselves as experts in their individual field of experience through authoring articles that educate and inform readers.

On Saturday, October 3, 2009, Hattiesburg police held a ribbon cutting ceremony for its newest substation located at the corner of Mobile Street and 6th Street in downtown Hattiesburg. The event was spotlighted during the 4th Annual Mobile Street Renaissance Festival sponsored by the Rhythm Heritage Foundation of Hattiesburg, MS. The substation, located at 522 Mobile Street, will be available to officers twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. The project, which took roughly six months to complete, marks Hattiesburg’s third satellite facility of this type. The 800-sqaure foot facility will serve as a focal point that will house equipment used by officers working in and around the area and will also provide citizens with a neighborhood based site to communicate and report issues to the police department.
